Architects are usually the first appointment made on any project, so a lot of our work is through recommendation by architects. In some cases though, we are the first point of contact with clients. Some clients find the overall design and project management package we are able offer a more constant and reliable point of contact.

We have had the pleasure of working with some exceptional architects and therefore would have no reservations in recommending a known architect, but many of these architects unlike us are area specific, so we are also happy to be part of the vetting process for a new architect, making sure they're up to meeting the brief and that they have all of their required insurances in place.

On occasion it is not necessary to use the services of a fully qualified architect, but instead an Architectural Technician, or just a Structural Engineer. We have good contacts on both of these fronts also.

When considering an architect the process is much the same as considering us. Does their portfolio and philosophy suit your property and personal taste? Do they fit within your budget? Do you get on with them?
