With the greatest of respect property developers do not always have the time or capability to do this, mainly due to the many other considerations they have to take on board with their business. We would like to think that we could look at any development project and see potential flaws and wasted opportunities as well as new ideas to improve its potential. We therefore offer a consultation service where we can look over your plans or site, dependant on how far down the line you are with the project. We will point out any layout alterations we believe need to be made to maximise space and give you the optimum return when selling your property on. We will review locations of lights, radiators and switches etc… to make your product as user friendly and as desirable as possible. We can then also spend time sourcing and approving products and specialists on your behalf, whether it is selecting sanitary ware, kitchens, flooring, tiling, plasma screens etc.., or setting out paint and furnishing schemes and overseeing their installation. We will source items that fit into the look and style of your company and fit the budget. We normally undertake this kind of work on an hourly basis, but in certain cases we may be able to negotiate another settlement. |
