Decorations projects can vary in scale and therefore vary greatly in time comitted to them. Once you have met us for an initial meeting and are happy to proceed further we would ask for your intent to be backed up with an initial deposit of half our design fee for the rooms being undertaken. A fee of £150 would be set on the first room with £95 on all other rooms. This is to cover our time and costs involved in preparing an estimate, sketches and gathering samples for presentation. Proposal / Estimate At our next meeting you can expect us to present you with samples, pictures and drawings to portray the proposed design and mood of each room. This presentation will be backed up with an estimate giving an initial outline of the the costs to complete this work. Following this meeting we would normally expect a few alterations before you are content to proceed with the work. We are a no pressure company, so will always await your response at a time that is appropriate for you to proceed with the work, but following our final presentations you should expect an invoice for the remainer of the design fee. Approval Following the acceptance of an estimate we will purchase, manage and quality control all orders and craftsmen required to complete the project. All installations and deliveries will be made at the client's convenience. Post Completion Once the project has successfully been completed we will make ourselves available to accessorise and provide those important finishing touches. |
