In most cases a client comes to us with an architect and/or building contractor already in tow, but we also have knowledge of many architects and contractors capabilities, so can promote a suitable combination to any new project.

In the course of a project it may be necessary to bring in specialist contractors that may deal with finer joinery items or the latest in modern technology. Every house needs a good kitchen and bathrooms and there are endless sources dependant on the style of the property. Of course when it comes to decoration and furnishing we are well covered with curtain makers, upholsterers, furniture and fabric companies. We also have more direct links to known and trade only lighting and rug & carpet companies as well as suppliers of core home accessories. When it comes to specialist decorators we can deal with everything from paint effects to murals or even gilt work. We have contacts with varying styles of artists to do commission work and good contacts with dealers and auction houses when it comes to antiques.
